Polyester Softening Silicone Oil SF-681

SF-681 is combined with special modified agent; it is a completely self emulsified silicone oil emulsion. Imparts the fabrics natural, wet and soft and comfortable properties. Especially suitable for chemical fabric, coral fleece fabric. The fabric gets silk feeling after treatment.

Properties:

(1) The textiles have dry, soft, elasticity and full handle feeling after finishing.
(2) For cotton, T/C, and its blend fabrics, has superposed ability. It will not greasy and sticky when use more amount.
(3) Excellent stability, stable in acid, alkali, hot and electrolyte.

Dilution:

Add the soft flakes in warm water, heated the temperature to 70-80°C. Stir fully to be dissolved completely

Application:

1. Suggested to diluted with water at 1:9 directly. Dilution method: add the silicone oil into the reactor, open to stir, add little amount of water(1/10 of total water), can add the water quicker when the liquid become thick to thin. The diluted emulsion is light white semi-transparent to transparent bluish uniform emulsion.
Note: at the premenstrual, must add the water little and slow. When the water has been dispersed in the liquid completely, and then add the next water. Until the liquid became thin, it can dilute easily.

2. The suggested the application amount is as follows:
1) Dip-padding process: the suggest application amount is 15-30g/l(10% liquid).
2) Dipping process: the suggest application amount is 3-5%o.w.f (10% liquid).
3) Customers can adjust the application amount according to the handle requirements.

Packing & Storage:

120 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 montSF under cool and dry conditions.
