This series also include high concentration products after emulsification and dilution of the crude oil.
Variety of fabric hydrophilic soft finishing solutions:
  • 1. For cotton/artificial cotton: normal use the emulsion of SFC, SFK, SFA. When the hydrophilic requirement is particularly high, can combined SFC/SFK/SFA emulsion + SFQ emulsion. Can achieve the effect of instant water absorption after 160℃ setting.
  • 2. For Acrylic fabric: SFC, excellent hand feeling, instant water absorption.
  • 3. For Chinlon and its blends: SFN, excellent hand feeling, instant water absorption.
  • 4. For polyester and its blends: SFQ, high requirement for hydrophilic and low requirement for hand feeling.
                                                           SFD , high requirement for hydrophilic and high requirement for hand feeling.
In short: we can make all fabrics have good hand feeling and hydrophilic effect, even setting at 180℃ can achieve instant water absorption effect.

Non-ionic Pieced Softener
SF-521 		White to pale yellow pieces It is suitable for varieties fibers in softening treatment. Imparting smooth, soft, anti-static to fabrics and have excellent hydrophilic. No influence in the fiber's color bright and whiteness. Can be used together with anion and cationic agent.

  1. Polyester pursuit of hand feeling and wash ability, suggested SF-1470H. Better than similar products in the market.
  2. Nylon and Wool, hydrophilic and washable finishing, suggested SF-1472R.
  3. Easy to dilute: SF-1473, can dilute at 20%.
  4. SF-1475: Ultra-high viscosity, the Viscosity over 1000mPa.s at 10% emulsion. Easy to disperse in water.
  5. Hand feeling: SF-1470H>SF-1475>SF-1473
  6. Viscosity: SF-1475>SF-1470H>SF-1473
  7. Dilution difficulty: SF-1473>SF-1475>SF-1470H, SF-1473 is easiest, it can dilute by immersion in cold water.
