Non-phosphorus Foamless Soaping Agent SF-634

In dyeing treatment, the effect of soaping wash is influence on the fabric color shade, fastness and quality. In traditional soaping wash process, washing and remove the flooding by detergent which compound with surfactants. It is not only hard to remove the detergent completely, but also cause to many foam. Need a considerable amount of water to wash, and need many times and energies. And also cause to foam stain, soaping stain and so on faults. More important is can’t get the satisfactory soaping effect.

We developed a new high effect chelate low foam soaping agent. Have excellent effect in soaping wash; raised productivities; improved the speed and thoroughness of removing floating color; improved dyeing fastness; made the color shade purely and the fabric cleanly; has the dual function of soaping wash and neutral alkali to economy the cost of washing and acid wash, and beneficial to the environment.

Properties:

Good chelating, dispersing, suspension and washing abilities;
Removing surface unfixed color efficiently, insure the color fastness and make the shade brighter, the fabric cleaner;
Excellent anti-staining property, have anti-staining effect even though soap washing below 95°C;
No influence in color shade after soaping wash;
Little foam when soaping agitation.

Application:

For the trading company, it can be used as intermediate: SF-634  20%, SFK-3  8%, WATER  72%.
Used in the dyeing factory: the suggested application amount is 0.2-1g/L of SF-634; needn’t add other agent;
The application conditions are same as normal detergent.

Packing & Storage: 125 Kg or 200Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 montSF under cool and dry conditions.
